Unsure why they have so many good reviews. I called yesterday at 9am, they said 3 hours and proceeded to call me until 7pm until they said it need to happen tomorrow. Called at 7am, then again at 10am saying they needed more time. I told them last night I was unavailable after noon. They won't schedule an appointment -- rather it seems like you're just expected to make yourself available for days at a time until they get around to you. Worse than the cable guy.

Got me out of a pinch the same day I called. Personable and friendly. Got me fixed up the way it should have been done in the first place. Thanks for getting me out of a bind.

I tried AAA Auger based on hearing of good work they've done at the place where I work. A 5 A.M. shower-handle disaster (life is funny...) became a non-issue after i contacted AAA Auger. I submitted a work request by email (after shutting off the house water) and got a call before 7. The tech (Randy / RJ) was out here not long after that. He got right to it, worked for a while, realized he needed to go downtown to fetch a part because we had a non-standard valve, and came back and finished it up. Businesslike all the way, showing me the parts and trying to explain to a non-plumber what was going on. The price was at least as good as I would have hoped for the amount of time he spent, and it never seemed like he was doing anything but trying to get our water back to us. Contact with the main fellow at AAA - David Cross - was great: he was right on top of the situation and answered in detail any questions that I had for him.To me, plumbers are like auto mechanics: their ability to make you feel vulnerable to their expertise or to make you feel you have what you need to know, and to create stress or to create relief, is perhaps second only to car dealers (who, overall, are generally better at the stress-inducing part). On the first try, AAA Auger made a bad situation go away in short time, at a good price, and even pleasantly. I'd rather never have to call a plumber, but AAA Auger in on speed-dial after Try #1.

Great experience! The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and got me an appt right away, which I was very grateful for as I had an overflowing kitchen sink (and was just told by another plumber it could be a possible break in the line and they couldn’t service something like that). Jeff was personable and efficient, he was able to locate the issue and got it fixed. It was luckily just a clogged pipe. I highly recommend this company!
