After our family room ceiling was damaged by an old water supply line that burst from an upstairs bathroom, we contracted HMP. We also decided to replace two 22 year old water gas heaters. HMP plumbing did a great job replacing the supply lines and both water heaters including one that was in a tough spot in the attic. They were professional, hard -working and courteous. We are very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

I contacted them on a Wednesday night and spoke with the automated response system. My kitchen sink had started to leak badly into the cabinetry below. I was called back right away and told I was scheduled for that day. They arrived early and did a fantastic job replacing the current faucet and fixing the leaks. This wasn't my first time using Peerless Plumbing Dallas and it won't be my last. Fantastic work quality, nice cleaning up after the work and very competent plumbers.

Sam has completed at least 6 projects for me over the last ten years including, toilet replacements, disposals, clogs, supply line replacement and even tunneling under my house to repair water line leak under slab. I called A Star Heat and Air in the morning and they scheduled a technician to call me in the afternoon 45 minutes before he arrived. This gave me time to leave work and get to the house on time.After Jose, my technician contacted me I also received a call from A Star’s office.Jose arrived on time with his ID and promptly started checked out the system. Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing. Worst ever from $75 to come out to check for a leak and charge me $250 and the leak still there. They send out a company name Senor Rooter, the guy not saying much and walking around my property than say it not plumbing issue and charge $250 for it.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.
