Had a minor plumbing emergency and called late in the day. Jay was able to get out to our house at 6:30 am the next morning to help us replace a valve in our shower and stop a major leak. PRO TIP: know how to turn the water off to your house at the street level so you can prevent major damage if you ever have a major emergency. Thanks Jay and Tribeca.

Called this company to fix a water leak in my kitchen and i got the worst business ive ever got from a company & its employees. The guy came in & took my dishwasher out to fix a leak & broke my dishwasher to the point that its not fixable. I left & went to the store & left my 17 year old son at home with them & after they so called fixed the leak...they left my dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen and called me when they left & said the dishwasher was trash so they left it out. Called the guy when i got home & he said the dishwasher was trash & hes not coming back to put it in.

I see you tried to respond to this review but ultimately, nothing can be said to redeem your reputation with me.No, I have never contracted your company and I won't, ever. The way you represented yourself publicly was embarrassing. Maybe don't rage while driving the company truck? You're a grown man, act like it.
