Kenny came out to inspect our A/C and make sure it is ready for summer. He messaged to give me and ETA and arrived on time. Kenny kept us informed as he inspected and he was very thorough. Very satisfied with the experience!

Pascual was very prompt in visiting and inspecting my water heater. Withing ninutes he was able to tell me that I needed to replace the water heater. In addition, I had a new water heater, installed, by the end of the day. Pascual was very courteous and honest. I will doing more business with Mr Rooter. Thank you

I was in a dire situation - my A/C had been out for 2 days. The company that I had called ‘ghosted me’. They called after the 2nd time window had been missed and stated their tech was on his way in 30 minutes. Their tech never showed or called. I searched and called Walker A/C. A live person answered and scheduled an AM appointment for the next morning. At 10:33am, the tech Jubenal Mota arrived. Within 30 minutes he replaced the capacitor!! My service charge of $89 was waived because of a service rendered. Very pleased!!

Pearson Plumbing was dishonest, didn’t do what they were supposed to do on their first service call to my home and gave me a ridiculous quote that was 4 times as much as the other 3 quotes I received. I don’t recommend them to anyone for anything.

These guys are great ! Great work, service and personable through the jobs they did for us, one was replacing all galvanized with copper in the whole house, me and my wife are very happy we hired John and his crew and the work is solid, probably isnt the cheapest but we found it fair enough for the jobs getting done well and right, you wont be disappointed if you hire these guys.
