Tough problem but I feel it has been solved.

Two new outside Carrier Infinity AC units and three new Infinity thermostats -- the third controlling a previously installed Carrier AC/furnace. Wow, the difference in cooling and dehumidifying is remakable! Our home is much more comfortable now that the new components are installed. Especially surprising, the older AC/Furnace system works much better simply because of the new Carrier Infinity thermostat. Thank you Dallas Plumbing and our very knowedgeable sales person, John Pockrus!

Frank is great. My boyfriend was out of town and when we had a plumbing issue I panicked. Frank was very patient and very informative. I will definitely recommend him and this company always.

6/1/2018 - Today was my 2nd time doing business with Pearson Plumbing. I needed a new toilet installed. Charles did a GREAT job! Quote was slightly higher than what I was advised over the phone BUT I absolutely needed a few plumbing updates to go along with my new toilet. The only advice I can give is go ahead and buy the toilet from Pearson. I had to go back to my local store and swap out the toilet I bought because when Charles opened the box, the toilet base was broken. Not fun at all having to rush to the local store to swap it out. Save yourself the headache. Pearson will be giving me an estimate on my guest and master bathroom remodel project. I can't wait to write another great review when that is completed!

I requested a few projects and Diego came out and finished my request in a reasonable time and he is very knowledgeable. I was VERY surprised at how everything came out. I will definitely keep these contractors in mind for any project. Wonderful experience for a last minute call.

This is the best plumbing company I've ever seen.I had a water leaking problem on the pipe underneath of my house. Guess what?John and his assistant showed up and fixed the issue within 2 hours.Can anyone believe this? They were so quick and very professional. Called this company to fix a water leak in my kitchen and i got the worst business ive ever got from a company & its employees. The guy came in & took my dishwasher out to fix a leak & broke my dishwasher to the point that its not fixable. I left & went to the store & left my 17 year old son at home with them & after they so called fixed the leak...they left my dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen and called me when they left & said the dishwasher was trash so they left it out. Called the guy when i got home & he said the dishwasher was trash & hes not coming back to put it in.
