They never followed up, even though I'd given them approval.

Worst ever from $75 to come out to check for a leak and charge me $250 and the leak still there. They send out a company name Senor Rooter, the guy not saying much and walking around my property than say it not plumbing issue and charge $250 for it.

Great experience! The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and got me an appt right away, which I was very grateful for as I had an overflowing kitchen sink (and was just told by another plumber it could be a possible break in the line and they couldn’t service something like that). Jeff was personable and efficient, he was able to locate the issue and got it fixed. It was luckily just a clogged pipe. I highly recommend this company!

Ryan and his team at 3G Plumbing were beyond helpful in fixing all our plumbing issues. My wife and I had just purchased our first home and were nervous about getting some of the pipes fixed underneath the slab. It’s never a good thing to need plumber. Especially not late in the day! Luckily for us, Kevin was more than willing to come out and take care of our problem right away. The job took less time that expected. He didn’t go into any areas of our house without permission and was very respectful the entire time. We’ve used Total Plumbing on several occasion for various projects. We purchased an older home and the previous home owners used Total Plumbing to replace over 75 percent of the original plumbing. We’ve used them to declog toilets in 2 of 3 bathrooms, replace a hose bib, replace our kitchen sink p-trap, and install an R/O system for our drinking water. Their pricing is competitive and they do quality work. All the team members we’ve worked with have been very professional. Most recently, we’ve had Jubal out at our house and will be requesting him in the future as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Garbage disposal not coming on. I was unable to find reset switch. Technician found switch within 5 minutes and had it working. $149.50!!! A bit steep for what amounted to little more than a service call. That was actually One Source Plumbing

I had a leak and called Monty. Although the leak was in the foundation, he explained what the problem was and recommended another very professional master plumber. He followed up to ensure I was ok; you can't ask for a nicer person. Honest, on time and very reasonable.

Wesley came in on his off time to address my problem with the tankless water heater. After quickly figuring out the issue, he ordered parts and fixed the problem. He explained each step what was being done. I highly recommend DFW and Wesley. He will be my go to person.
