Used this company for our other unit a few years back. Downstairs unit went out 2 weeks ago and we went with them again. Good price and quality work, but also quick to respond. Today, noticed a minor issue. They sent out Jose Vasquez within 2 hours. He was so fast, kind and caring. Literally, he went above and beyond my expectations. Strongly recommend.

Best plumbing service experience I've ever had, hands down. Unfortunately my clog turned into a much bigger disaster than I anticipated. Every cast iron pipe under my foundation was crumbling and had to be replaced. Jacob knew exactly what the most efficient and cost-effective solution was going to be for my situation. He worked around my schedule so I didn't have to miss any work other than a half day for the initial visit. He called me with a plan and a quote later that day and was able to have a crew out to do the repairs over the weekend. New pipes were ran around the house, and no part of the inside of my home was affected. I have all new pipes, double cleanouts everywhere, and my yard is as nice as it was before all this. The crew was very respectful, fast, and everyone involved seemed to actually care about the quality of their work and about my satisfaction, which is too rare these days. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber. 6 stars!!!

If you've done any AC work, you know how invaluable this service is!2. GREG helped me -- GREG IS AWESOME. I had a blown contactor, and he helped me figure it out and replace it. On a holiday weekend, a dead blower effectively means NO AIR, and $200+ service call to fix it. GREG sold me a new contactor for $32, tested it on the bench before he sold it to me, and sent me on my way, knowing my problem would be resolved. GREG IS AWESOME.3. Installed the new contactor, and I was up and running in 30 minutes! Most AC places want to rack up a service charge, so having a place that does over the counter consulting and parts replacement is INVALUABLE to those of us who don't or can't wait for a service call on a long, holiday weekend! The service was great but the billing department sucks. It has been a week and my credit card still has not been charged and I have not received an invoice. I have called twice and am told they are working on it. I also was not reminded of my spring check up or my maintenance was due. I think since Levy and Son and become Service experts, some aspects have gone down hill.
