I really appreciate Baker Brothers and the easy set up they offer customers. Their online appointment program is very easy. The guys came out this morning were very professional and got right on the issue. In my business, I work with a lot of plumbing companies around the country and when you find one like Baker who cares about their customers and their business reputation, it’s such a great thing. Bought new home that came with 2 HVAC from from AStar. One of those HVACs heating was not working and we raised warranty ticket. AStar tech came and realized they did not turn on the gas toggle. Tech admitted that they should have checked while installation. My kids and I spent 3 nights in cold for their mistake.While I thought everything was fixed, I realized heat was not still coming to the extent it should. While Attic was hot, no heat was coming down. Raised another ticket and no AStar technician turned up. 3 days after I called them back and they asked to schedule an entire home evaluation. WTH? I demanded for a technician as it’s freezing in Dallas. Next day tech came and said the blower is not working. He need to order replacement. It’s been 4 freezing nights in Dallas and yet there is no ETA on my issue.Hey AStar, you don’t deserve to leave your customers freezing while you enjoy heat in your homes. Come fix it.

The crew did a great job and was very professional in removing my kitchen island + appliances + counter top; then replacing it a few weeks later without any damage and exactly as it was before. I had a great experience with Chris as the business owner as well. I will hire them again. My only nit is that when they reinstalled one of my faucets, they rotated the orientation of the handle 180 degrees, which I will eventually need to fix.

Came out and did nothing but still charged me. Unwilling to come back out to properly diagnose without charging me more. They should have done a proper diagnostic the first time.
