Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Diagnosed nonfunctioning tankless water heater on same day we called and installed a replacement unit two days later. Adjusted enclosure to fit replacement unit. Highly professional and trustworthy.

After spending nearly $3000 for a new tankless water heater only a few months ago, I cannot get these people to answer the phone now that the unit is malfunctioning. I called and sent 2 emails….nothing. Lesson learned.

We were working with a tile repairman and needed some plumbing work done on our 50+ year old pipes. The job required 2 trips and in both cases, the technicians were prompt, professional, and very clear communicators. I will be using them again, if we need another plumber.
