Unprofessional; called to have an estimate regarding a hot water tank and instead of assessing the issue he compounded the problem by opening the valve and spraying water everywhere causing further damage and soaking the area of the attic floor and ceiling below that had already been dried.Not only did he make the problem worse, he left the light on in the attic, left the door ajar, and then hid in his vehicle for over 10 minutes writing up an absurd estimate that is near triple the price of any other plumbing company.Daniel, you are a discredit to the profession.Absolutely unacceptable.

It was late Saturday evening, and I had a hose bib self destruct and shoot water all over. I contacted Pure Plumbing and Jacob came out when all other plumbers sent me to their messaging services. AAA Auger is the best in the plumbing business! We have used them so many times over the past decade, in every house we have lived, and in all our offices. They are always dependable, on time, and efficient. Even on a pinch on a Saturday morning, at all times of day, they are always available to help and pretty much come out right away. While many other plumbers charge an arm and a leg for initial service calls and do not respond right away, I know I can depend on Eugene and the team at AAA Auger to take care of us always. Up to this last visit, they have been great. However, on this last visit to replace a hot water heater, I was BLATANTLY LIED TO by one of their employee's (Miles) to cover up his laziness or incompetence or both. This is in addition to the needless damage they did to my house in the process.If that is the caliber of employee they are hiring, I want NOTHING to do with them. They were our go to. Now I don't want them anywhere near my house. What else have they lied about?

Gas leak pressure test was done and leak detection found. Repair was done efficiently and with honesty to the required work needed. The plumber was professional and responsive. Thank you.

Kent offered me, what I thought was a good deal, for my new Tankless Hot Water System, his crew installed the system in a short time after removing two old hot water heaters. I can now go to any sink in my house, within five seconds I have warm water and really hot water after twenty seconds, as promised at time of sale. The installation crew performed in a professional way, leaving a clean and well-organized installation. I would highly recommend The Tank Yanker company.

This is the best plumbing company I've ever seen.I had a water leaking problem on the pipe underneath of my house. Guess what?John and his assistant showed up and fixed the issue within 2 hours.Can anyone believe this? They were so quick and very professional.
