Our water heater at our hair salon gave out on a Friday at 5:30pm. That Saturday was the Saturday before Christmas. Our clients would be arriving at 9am sharp for their Christmas hair!! We were new clients to Tribeca plumbing. They not only fit us in but moved their day around to be here at 6:30 a.m. We had hot water by 9am. Truly a Christmas Miracle :) Even given our desperate situation and it being a Saturday, our bill was absolutely fair and palatable. We will be clients for life. Thank you you so much Tribeca!

Many thanks to Walker A/C!My parents, who are in their 80’s, woke up to a hot house this Saturday morning in late June. My dad is mobile only with a walker/wheelchair so no a/c is not an option. My mom calls Walker A/C, they put my parents at the top of their list and came to the house within an hour. My mom appreciates Mark for his kind sincerity and explanation of the issue. He fixed the outside unit at a very reasonable Saturday price.With all the people/companies that try to take advantage of the elderly, it’s nice to know Walker A/C is not one of them.Great Job Mark!

RICARDO CERVANTES was my technicians. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience. He came in check faucets and went straight to work Almost as if pinpointing where the pipe was clog. He unclog it . With in a matter of time he was done. He is very respectful and really nice. I recommend Ricardo to others who have there sewer line clog up. Thanks.

Ricky took a $3000 deposit to put in a water softer and filtration system. He has not returned to install. Tells me by text business is slow and he doesn’t have the money to refund me. Avoid this con artist.

After 9 days of no gas and my warranty company told me that Saving Grace already got the approval to do the job, I proactively called them on Friday. The lady who pick up the phone claimed she just got the approval for the job so she can put me down for Monday service. I took the day off from work. No one show up. I called the office around 3 and was told that I was not on the schedule. The manager proceed to ask his staffs if any of them had scheduled me and came back said we never did. As though I was lying and took off work for no reason. Then Tuesday was another long story. Management and team does not seem to communicate well. Manager was not professional in handling customer. They made a mistake and instead of being empathetic to causing you the inconvenience, they make you feel like you lied. So disappointing!

Bad Company and services. It does not have the tool to do the job. The drain cleaning need the snake drill cable from 75-100 feed long to unclog the pipe as I text the company before they come to my home and the company agree it. But the technician using snake drill cable only 50 ft and broken in half to 25 feet each part. It can not do the job with 25 ft snake drill cable and still charge me $99. Switch and bait me to $650 for Hydro jet service...

This is the best plumbing company I've ever seen.I had a water leaking problem on the pipe underneath of my house. Guess what?John and his assistant showed up and fixed the issue within 2 hours.Can anyone believe this? They were so quick and very professional. Service was excellent and fixing cost were affordable as well.I highly recommened Koen Plumbing.

Great company to do business with. Replaced 21 yr old water heater located in Attic. Crew of three showed up on time and was done within 2 hours. I would recommend this company for any plumbing needs!

Poor service, poor quality, poor workmanship,no leadership, no accountability doesn’t have a clue what they are doing and always has an excuse of why it’s not done correctly. This is supposed to be a professional company with in-house repair personnel and everyone performing the work are sub-contractors. Sub-Par work with no quality or skills. Run do not hire them.
