Initial repair man who helped locate and diagnose my problem was professional, prompt and very polite and easy to deal with. The specialist that came (I have lined sewer pipe) completed the evaluation and the crew with him did an amazing job of digging, repairing and then restoring the area, almost like new. Could not have asked for better, faster service. Longtime customer and will always remain so. Very trustworthy.

Both our toilets were clogged at the same time. I called them and they came the same day. They identified the problem and helped me contact and explain the City what the problem was with hopes that the City could fix a fractured pipe connected to the City Tap. The City will get back to me this afternoon. Regardless of what the City’s response is, I would definitely use Priority Home Services again!!!

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Dispatch was super friendly and gave us a window as to when to expect the technician. The technician called us to let us know he was on his way. We were impressed with how quickly he had our system going - turns out it was a minor issue. Thank God!We were impressed with his knowledge and friendliness. He gave us a few recommendations and we took him up on what they had to offer. First, let me say Dusty was informative and was willing to teach me his entire process when I asked.Based on his professionalism and willingness to answer all my questions, I will use this company and request him personally in the future.I can’t really say how competitive this company is compared to other plumbers since this is the first one i called. I paid $275 dollars to have an expansion tank replaced on a water heater and it took about 45 minutes to complete complete.I will reach out to other plumbing companies now to see if Roto Rooter is competitive and I I got the best value for this repair.
