I have been using sparkling city plumbing since 2021, and I enjoy being a repeat customer!!! 💯 In 2021 they fixed my kitchen sink / garbage disposal for a very reasonable price even for being outside of Corpus Christi (Robstown). The providers were professional, knowledgeable, fast, and informative. I knew I had to call them again when a water pripe broke earlier this week. Today they came out even Earlier than expected. They finished the job and gave me a very decent price For the repairs. They were also in N out within 2 hours. Thank you sparkling city plumbing for always taking care of my home repairs! I have used this company in the past and they were a little over priced but did decent work. The front office that answers the phones is extremely rude as I recently tried to schedule an appointment on one of my rental properties they previously worked on. Because I live 2.6 hrs away the lady answered the phone said they would not go to the property unless I was there for them to do a estimate. I explained they had worked on the home before and it was again vacant. The previous work done was when the home was vacant as well. The lady was rude and said They might go or they may not go. That is a terrible way to handle business. I would strongly recommend going with another plumber. As a company owner its vary unprofessional to not give a date and time when a appointment can be set versus just throwing it up in the air. I will never do business with this poorly run company again.

On the weekend, they identified the leak, dug it out, and repaired it in an hour! ONE hour! And Peter was friendly and knowledgable. He explained everything in a way I could really understand it! Really great company, I highly recommend!

Promised two different times to come troubleshoot and repair a shower faucet. First time did not show at the agreed time so I called them sever hours after the agreed upon time (I had left work early to meet them). They apologized and said they would come the next day, no call, no show.
Will not try a third time!

Drum plumbing has been our go-to for 3 years now. We needed help when our water heater leaked all over the garage, and they responded in person the same day. Excellent communication, fair & equitable pricing, very professional, and has a reassuring personal tough to the jobs. Would (and do!) recommend Drum plumbing to others!

Such a scam, came over for 5 min, charged me $85, and didn't fix the issue..and left the water running, I eventually had to call the city for help. I called for status check but no answer!! Never again!!
