Hands down best service I’ve had in Corpus. When others told me it would be days to come clear my drains, Southside made time in their day to take care of me. And to top it off, very cheap. 2 days later, had another issue, they came right out within the hour, fixed the problem and didn’t charge me or allow me to pay them. Great service all around. They have have my business from this day on.

Called Mr. Rooter after using a separate local plumber out of Ingleside who wanted to charge double for the same job that wasn't repaired the first time. Julian arrived on time, immediately got to work, found source and repaired. Zero complaints, he did our repair thoroughly and professionally. Will only call out Mr. Rooter for any future needs. Highly recommend.

Sorry to say I truly don't like leaving negative reviews however, I did not even attempt to utilize this company's service as I called to have someone come give an estimate or bid for work that needed to be done at my place and the guy who answered the phone was so rude and proceeded to hang up on me. Is this what businesses have come to- poor customer service right out the gate? They were recommended to me by a work associate. Needless to say, neither one of us will be using their services nor refer to anyone else.
