Cassie was very helpful over the phone and sent technicians Daniel and Chris within the next hour I called, and they were highly professional and polite about everything. I strongly suggest using drain king, they are responsible and have a new customer in their hands. Price was fair enough for the amount of work done at my house. I felt well taken care of and left my house spotless as if they weren’t even there! They are the kings around here!

Lance was professional and informative. He used the Sparton 300 to clear the clot in drain line. He also used this machine to clean other lines while he was here, did a visual inspection of all drains throughout house, all while wearing booties around his work boots. A representative called about 30 minutes before he showed up to say he was on the way. Could not be happier. My family can use the bathroom and take showers without any problems now. We have had very positive experiences with this company. They have handled a few different jobs for us, including replacing our sewer line. Their plumbers have been professional and friendly. They show up on time, they do good work, they take the time to explain what they’re doing, and they are reasonably priced. I personally don’t understand the negative reviews on their Google page at all as our experiences have always been positive. But I would say that it also says a lot that they respond to any negative reviews and appear to try and work out the situation. We have been very happy with Owen Plumbing.
