ABC Home & Commercial Services - Plumbing Services Department

I called ABC plumbing when they opened on Monday Aug 14th to set up an appointment that day for a clogged pipe. I was given a wide scheduling window from that morning to 6pm. I took leave from work to accommodate this window. At 3pm I called to check on the status of my appointment and was assured the plumber would be here by 6pm. At 5:40pm I called again to check the status only this time I was told my appointment was for the following day. Obviously there was a screwup on their part and after some discussion they agreed to send someone out to my home but we’re gonna charge me a $139 after hours fee. I wanted the fee waived since it was their screwup. I was told they couldn’t waive the fee but would be happy to send someone out tomorrow. I was so livid I had to hang up the phone before I started cussing out this woman. But my wife had no problem calling them. They waived the $139 fee but by this point we were done. I wasted time and money waiting for these people. I would not recommend this company except to my enemies.

After being let down by another company (for multiple days) that I recently received a service by, this company not only ensured to keep me informed of my service window, but actually performed the service within the hour, and took less than an hour to complete the service. I highly recommend them. My technician was professional, experienced, communicative, and overall great! Also, this company provides a wide range of services which is perfect for customers who hesitate to work with multiple companies. Take a look for yourself. They’ve gained a loyal customer out of me!

The work was done and explained to me along the way. Anything that was done was always run by me first. Clayton and Art were very respectful and seem to work well together. I will definitely call on ABC from now on before I call anyone else. And their prices seem to be more affordable then most plumbers I called. Thank you everything!
