After 4 other service calls from other plumbing companies being over here prior to us calling Expert Plumbing I was really not expecting much as far as quality work and fair prices, I am happy to say that I was proven wrong and have found our go to people for our future projects and any plumbing needs we may have. I am very very impressed with the drain kind crew! Cassie was very helpful over the phone and sent technicians Daniel and Chris within the next hour I called, and they were highly professional and polite about everything. I strongly suggest using drain king, they are responsible and have a new customer in their hands. Price was fair enough for the amount of work done at my house. I felt well taken care of and left my house spotless as if they weren’t even there! They are the kings around here!

Sorry to say I truly don't like leaving negative reviews however, I did not even attempt to utilize this company's service as I called to have someone come give an estimate or bid for work that needed to be done at my place and the guy who answered the phone was so rude and proceeded to hang up on me. Is this what businesses have come to- poor customer service right out the gate? They were recommended to me by a work associate. Needless to say, neither one of us will be using their services nor refer to anyone else.
