John was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived within the given timeframe and was finished quicker than he originally advised. He gave tips to prevent the problem again (kitchen sink wouldn't drain.) Very pleased with the service provided.

I currently live in one of the absolute worst apartment complexes ever, where it’s nothing but a constant battle to have anything repaired by my apartment’s “maintenance” team.
For a month now my bathroom sink has been backing up and clogging, with absolutely no assistance from my rental agency.
I decided to outreach to a real professional in hopes it would resolve my issues. Brandin did just that and did an amazing job. He explained everything to me in great detail and made sure to provide me tips on how to prevent this from happening again until I’m able to move into a better home. Because of him, my husband and I’s stress levels have improved tremendously, and I am now able to brush my teeth and wash my hands in my bathroom sink again. Roto Rooter was the only company of seven we called (all of which offer 24 hour emergency services) that actually answered when we called or returned our call in any kind of reasonable timeframe. The techs were all very friendly and made sure we knew what was happening throughout the process. We’d definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues.

I have been a long time customer of Atlas Butler and they really came to the rescue today. We had to have our water service turned off 5 days ago due to a leak in the service line from the street outside of our basement. This caused our sump pump to run constantly and a seeping leak through the block wall underneath the water main. Needless to say we were pretty panicked. We contacted Atlas Butler and the city had the water turned off that day and the problem diagnosed. They estimated a fair price for a site repair of the line and were able to be out by the end of the week once utilities had been marked. The two plumbers were professional, friendly, and very understanding of the stress we had been under without water the last few days. They took every effort possible to protect our landscaping and our paver wall that was clearly in the way of the 3 ft wide by 6 ft deep trench they needed to make to conduct the repair. We also had two bushes and a tree in the area that had to come up and they assisted in this process. Once the work had been done they took great time and effort to ensure that the dirt was backfilled properly and also help to clean up the area in which they had to put the dirt during the repair. I could not have been more pleased and cannot recommend them enough for not just the HVAC services but they're plumbing arm as well.

We've used Calhoon plumbing twice within the last month or so. Both times DJ came out and completed the repairs. He was fast, courteous, and professional. We'll use them again.

The plumber was great. But the company charges too much. For an after hours call for one hour, no replacement parts strictly labor I was charged $700.
