I am very pleased with my toilet water supply line service repair from Roto-Rooter. I received excellent customer service from intake service reps Andre and Tia. I was scheduled without delay for same day service which was quite impressive due to heavy holiday volume. I appreciate receiving both the confirmation appointment email and the 30 min advance call. Service supervisor, Charles Wolfe and service technician were punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. Charles also alerted me to a potential issue with my sump pump flow. Thank you. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to others and will call again.

the communication between the dispatcher and the technician was less than professional, I could not speak to a supervisor or nor the technician. I had to wait until they returned my call. This unfriendly step prolong the process for my claim to be advance for next step repairs. The technician has taken 14 days to pick up and accessed the repairs.The initial visit was misunderstood the request and overstepped the services the remaining technicians never return to pick up equipment or accessed the repairsTechnicians promised visits and never showed upTechnicians quoted cost that were 3x as much of the hourly rate.Technicians did not properly accessed the source of water leakTechnician Henry was cordial, provided resolution, was professionaland most of all respectful of my unique situation.I am would not refer to anyone and was very dissatisfied with myengagement with Roto Rooter.

Had PTI come thru last night. It was 2 servicers (I believe one guy was named Joe), super awesome guys. Explained the entire fix to me and were courteous and beyond friendly. Going to recommended PTI to all my friends
