Our shower had been dripping for some time. A previous plumber had refused to tackle the job because of the difficulty. Mike from Accurate Plumbing overcame the difficulty. It took some time but the job was finished, and now the shower seems to work better than when it was new. Mike also repaired a toilets that I had asked him to look at. The charge for these jobs was more than reasonable.

Custom Care went above and beyond. They came out to a staked property to put in the driveway for the house to be built. Chuck, the owner, was very kind and and made sure to answer all of my questions. Zach was the supervisor on site and he was also very kind and knowledgeable. The dirt work was clean and the gravel that was spread and packed looked very uniform. They were efficient and worked diligently to get the first step of the project done! We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

Do not waste your time with this company unless you want to be stood up! And the promise to reschedule weren't kept either. Horrible customer service. Happy to have found a more professional company to hire.
