We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

I had two backed up sinks in my upstairs bathrooms, I had the same problem last year (used a different company to fix last year), and not only did Best Plumbing easily fix the problem he taught me what I could do to help prevent it from happening again in the future! Don't waist your time!!!! CL scam!!! I contacted this plumber who said he would be out the next day and we agreed on a time. Plumber contact me and stated he is waiting on a tow truck and can't make it, I attempted to reschedule but then stated he will be out of town for at least week. Not dependable, no respect for my time, don't waste your time. Call a real professional.

I had a toilet that begin to rock back-and-forth, was not level. Cary said he needed to change the Flange. The work held for two hours and I had to pay them $537. Their work does not come with a warranty. I hired a second plumber from a different company who corrected the work. Pictures were taken and documentation was made. The seal was incorrect, the bolts in the floor needed to be fixed, and a copper pipe that had been flattened had been stuffed under my toilet to Stop the rocking. It is my fault that I took a chance with work that was not under warranty because i was desperate but to receive shoddy and incorrect work is unacceptable. I felt taken advantage of.
