I’ve had their tech John out twice to my house. Once for an emergency and once to ease our concerns about a potential issue. He was very professional and knowledgable both times. Plumbing issues are the worst, and having a knowledgeable and empathetic plumber makes the experience much more bearable.

Seage spent a lot of time working and reviewing an issue with a tankless water heater that stopped working. After all said and done he provided multiple options. Eco Plumbers are always professional and always looking to make the customer happy. This is the 3rd time I've called on them and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

The team from World Class Service in Westerville is THE BEST! Our geothermal unit died during a period of heat and humidity and we could not find someone who knew anything about geothermal. I found World Class Service online and am so happy we did. They are experts and as important, they were friendly, respectful of our home, responsive and they truly knew what they were doing. We had a new unit installed within two days. This was the best customer service experience I've ever had! Thank you World Class Service -- we'll never go anywhere else!

Very responsive company, prompt, and knowledgeable. I actually had 2 service issues this week that Jim and Steve handled perfectly. The initial issue was handled by Steve who gave me some great information on my prior HVAC guys and where they were lacking. Turned out to be true AC WAS up and running in 30 mins. A few days later I had another issue (Air Filter) with AC line freezing up. Jim called me on Saturday prior to appointment to go over a few things and ended up diagnosing the fix over the phone. I was back in business with a new air filter and no charge! The charges for 1st repair was such a decent price that I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Buckeye!FOLLOW UP!I had an issue with half of my house lights turning on and off when I turned on/off my AC. Called Buckeye they came out same day and figured it out. Brian P. Went above and beyond to get this done. Him and his lead tech figured out my electric smoker caused an issue in the electrical box which cut off a leg of power to my house. I'm so appreciative because electrical work is outside their job duties. Nevertheless, the fixed it and for $30 because I was on the Gold Star warranty plan.

We have used Atlas Butler for years – they are always incredibly professional, polite, and care about our home as if it were theirs. I had three service techs in my home today working on a sewer line back up. While I would never want to go through this experience again (the back up) the technicians did an excellent job resolving the issue. Thank you Noel, Chris, Aaron, and the whole crew at Atlas Butler.
