My sink backed up I thought it was garbage disposal. But it ended up being a clogged drain. And one of the pipes under my sink had not been connected. And my repairman stated that after unclogging drain I should be fine. But I took option “B” and had him replace the pipe as well. He was very courteous and easily explained everything to me. He also cleaned up and was very cautious of my home.

Despite a stressful situation we couldn’t have been happier with Roto Rooter! He explained everything that he was doing, including the reasoning behind it, and gave realistic expectations regarding the timeline to completion as well as the results. He made sure to communicate what time he would be over each day, and the two days he was unable to be here personally he let us know what to expect and advised us to contact him directly if we had any concerns or questions. Matthew was incredibly knowledgeable and seemed to actually love what he did for a living, which put our minds at ease. We hope this was the last of our water issues, however if anything happens in the future we will not hesitate to use Roto Rooter again!
