After calling another local company, twice, with no return call, Apex answered and we’re able to come out same day for a quote. If it wasn’t for one part they would’ve been able to install same day too. We only had to wait until the next week based on my schedule. They were in and out quick and very professional. Totally recommend them. We had a gas line ran for a new gas stove.

My husband pulled the part out of our furnace before leaving for a 24hr shift and said this is what you need to get to get it started again. I called several heating and cooling places and they wouldn't even bother with helping. If I wasnt interested in paying them $90 an hour to come look at the furnace they werent interested in helping (I think it was because I was a woman who hardly knew what I was talking about also). Buckey Heating and Cooling was very helpful. They helped me find the serial number on the furnace and within three hours they had ordered the part, received it, and had me picking it up. Every person I talked to was great. $26 and my girls and I will have heat tonight:)

Our furnace quit working overnight. I called the next morning and service techs were at our house within 4 hours. Joe and Barry were our techs and were very polite and professional. They had our furnace working in two hours and this included their diagnosis, and going to get the mother board from their supplier. Very pleased with Stevenson Service Experts.

Our tech was Doug W. Not only did I get a service call the same day I called, but he came back and repaired a blown motor after leaving to get the replacement part. He was more than willing to answer the ton of questions I had.Though I didn’t write a review last year when I had a humidifier installed, Bernard was the tech that came and he was fantastic as well.Both guys were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Atlas Butler and will continue to use them for maintenance and repairs.
