Best Furnace Filters in Columbus OH

This was the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. We left a key for them with specific instructions and I guess this day their tech didn’t feel like working. They blew us off by claiming they couldn’t find our key, and won’t reschedule for several more days. DO NOT USE THEM unless you want to be on the phone all day going in circles with their dumb customer service reps and unable to use your water for days on end. Great first impression!

We had an exterior gas line added for two Natural Gas Grills. The Team did an excellent job from start to finish. They cleaned up before they left and made sure we were satisfied with their workmanship. We will definitely call Apex first for any plumbing projects!

Heat was not working when I got up. Chad (#576) arrived as scheduled and was able to find and fix the problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions.

Andy was very professional. He explained everything he was checking on our heating system and why. Andy recommended an air purifier for our Heating/air conditioning system. Since we have breathing issues I took his advice. I’m very excited to have less dust particles and cleaner air to breathe in our older home. Andy was very respectful, friendly and on time.
