Roto Rooter was at my house in less than 45 minutes. Their associate was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and identified the issue right away. He wore shoe coverings to protect my floors and was very careful when bringing in his equipment and using it. He resolved the problem and left my home in very good condition.

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

They were prompt to repair the leak caused by a broken water line at my foundation. However, it took a lot longer than I would've liked to get my grass repaired, and even then there was no effort to smooth the areas where the excavator had driven. I can feel the ridges every time I mow and can see the gaps from the tracks the excavator left. Glad I don't have water in my basement any longer, but my yard definitely paid the price!UPDATE: Rating changed. I’ve found recently that I still have moisture on the wall just below the patch. This has led to mold growing on the surface of my basement block wall at this location. Called to have it inspected again to see if it was possible that the repair had failed. The guy showed up unannounced so no one was home. After a brief discussion over the phone he transferred my case to a “mold specialist,” who called a day later. After a brief conversation the “specialist” felt it was still a piping issue that needed to be addressed prior to abatement and said he’d send it back over the fence. A week later and still no response/action from the company! I did not expect to still be dealing with this 6 months later.

Blake came out for drain cleaning and fixed the issue quickly and professionally.
