My technician Rob Stone was awesome. Had to come out at midnight for a busted valve. Couldn’t get it fixed with what he had, so he capped it, came back the next morning with the right part and voila. No extra charge for the second visit. Flat rate quote. Would use again.

Trevor was very professional, polite and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and why. Allowed me to ask questions and answered them so that I understood his reasoning. The response time with Roto-Rooter was also quick and appreciated. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

The technician originally quoted us for a 5-hour job, but ended up finding the main issue within the first 30 minutes. As a result, he had the problem fixed within 1 hour and ended up saving us $800 from the original estimate!
