Best Drain Installed in Columbus OH

Had a leak in my washer valve and needed it replaced. The technician came out and fixed it same day. Price was good. Unfortunately he accidentally punched through and through drywall in my laundry room and into the adjacent bathroom while fixing. This occurred over two weeks ago and the supervisor still has not even called to acknowledge the damage or arrange repairs. When I initially called to discuss the damage, I was told the supervisor would call me and I should expect a call the next day. I didn’t hear anything so I called back. This has been a recurring issue. I have called five times over the last two weeks, having been assured twice that I will receive a call back the same day to rectify the situation and still nothing. UPDATE: owner personally called me and arranged to have drywall patched and painted and reimbursed me for cost of original service. Not sure what happened with calling in and getting the run around about the repairs but I was very grateful to finally speak to someone and get it resolved. Bathroom looks great

I called Fritz Baumann and Sons after another plumbing company came to our home and created a problem we did not have prior to them coming. Blair Baumann talked me through how they could fix our new problem, and he made me feel 10K times better about our horrible interactions with the previous plumbers. Blair and Jake came and fixed the problem in less time than expected and at a less expensive price. I will continue to use Fritz Baumann and Sons for any plumbing work I might need in the future. They are excellent, customer oriented, personable, knowledgeable, clean, and courteous! We had a truly WONDERFUL experience having Fritz Baumann and Sons work at our home.

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

Recently had them replace a water line from the curb to the home. Owner was very helpful and thorough in explaining the work needing done. Very reasonable pricing. Definitely will call them in the future for plumbing needs

I bought a house a few years ago and have uncovered many issues. After removing a deck, found a live electric wire above ground that feed electric to the garage. I called My Electric Works and they sent Tyler. I have dealt with many companies over the last few years, and in regards to electricians all have been rude, but Tyler was different. He was so polite, explained what needed done and worked hard hand digging the trench himself. my Electric, you have a great hard working employee who cares about the customer, and doing quality work. I had 2 leaks, 2 Bidets and one refrigerator water line to be hooked up. Vic and team did all the work quickly, wearing booties on their shoes and masks on their face the entire time. They are clean, professional, and thorough in their work. Will use again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!
