I'm so glad I called! Water wasn't coming from the pipes to the washer and I just purchased a brand new washer 2 days ago. Now I have water flowing to do laundry. We called Roto-Rooter this morning at 7:30 am. They arrived at 8:30 am. The technician was friendly, observed COVID-19 protocols, and got right to work unclogging our basement floor drain to the main line. Drain is now working properly. We have used their services before and have always been satisfied. We recommend their fast and reliable service.

I was very impressed. My toilet had been running for days. I tried to figure it out myself, but I couldn’t so I had a frustration I called Roto router, fully expecting to pay over 100 bucks. However, their professional man came in, looked at my toilet, and said that the flapper Had come off of some thing and he fixed it and now it works perfectly. When I asked how much I owed he said nothing he didn’t really do any service work. I did tip them great company. They came out in two hours on a Sunday and didn’t charge me Doesn’t get any better than that

Plumber came out and advised he would have to tear down my wall just to install a new shower handle. To make things worse I wasn’t told there was a $79 charge for just showing up. Now I’m not a plumber but I do know that people replace shower handles without having to tear down the shower walls. Be careful with this crooked company !!
