I actually got a permission to text him to show the issue on late night and he responded, communicated, instructed me what to do. He promised to come out the next day and fix the problem. The office was great with coordinating the appointment. Trevor came early, fixed the problem in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained the issue.
