Furnace went out, and I was told I had a cracked heat exchange and needed a new furnace.Got a second opinion from a different contractor and they were able to repair my furnace quickly and without charging me Atlas Butler’s excessive $89 ‘dispatch’ fee.

I would not recommend them to anybody! They came to our house a few weeks ago to fix our garbage disposal, & our hot water tank. They fixed the garbage disposal, & it works great. The hot water tank? Not so much! They changed the setting on the HWT, & we thought that's all that was needed, but soon after they left, we noticed that our HWT was slowly dripping water onto our basement floor, & has been ever since. My husband called them, left a voicemail, & told them what was going on, & then I left them an email on their website, saying the same thing. We've heard absolutely nothing from them! We even paid them $75 for the service call for them to come out the one time that they did, & now, we can't get them to come back out here again!
