Don't waist your time!!!! CL scam!!! I contacted this plumber who said he would be out the next day and we agreed on a time. Plumber contact me and stated he is waiting on a tow truck and can't make it, I attempted to reschedule but then stated he will be out of town for at least week. Not dependable, no respect for my time, don't waste your time. Call a real professional.

There's nothing worse than having no AC during a Heat Advisory, but Ryan Burnett was great and fixed our problem promptly! Extremely professional, courteous, and honest with what needed done to have our AC unit repaired. I will DEFINITELY use this company in the future as long as he can be our Technician. Plumbing in bathroom, call 1800furnace at 6pm. Advised tech would be out between 8-10pm same evening. Called again at 9:30pm. No return call that evening. Received call back next morning w waived service charge offer. Took the offer and canceled the other plumber.Our Tech was great

We had a unique septic tank problem and they way under bid to fix the problem. The owner would not let us pay more. He did the work for the quoted price. Knowledgeable and friendly. We won't use anyone else.

They did an excellent job! They answered all my questions, were very informative of what they were doing and what was going on. They were very nice and did great work. I will definitely be referring them to friends and family in need of help with water issues.

Rooterman of Columbus was assigned to assess the cause of a leak by a home warranty company that we placed on Friday, August 28th. They were scheduled for Monday August 31, 2020 between 1-5pm.

I called Monday morning to confirm, and was assured someone would be out. No one showed up. I called shortly after 5pm Monday evening asking for an ETA, and was told they would check and call me right back. No one called me back. I called again around 6pm, they said they wouldn't be able to make it out that day and rescheduled for 1-5pm on Tuesday, September 1st.

I called three times on Tuesday, couldn't leave a voicemail due to a full mailbox and no one showed up. No one has called to follow up or reschedule and it's now September 9th.

The plumber was great. But the company charges too much. For an after hours call for one hour, no replacement parts strictly labor I was charged $700.
