Let me also say to you as a Manager for a World Wide Shipping and Print Company, I have a tendency to very critical of customer service in people. Junior the technician responding was in my book excellent. He was courteous, friendly, wore his PPE and shoe protections and maintained the recommended 6 foot distance. I had my quote quickly. I placed my service call thru Angie's List late late last night, I had a email response within 2 hours and a phone call at 8:00 am. with the technician showing up within an hour.Definitely going in my speed dial for any future needs! Praises to Junior and his company for such excellent response and serviceUpdate 9-14-2020: Got a call this morning saying my tech was on his way.Hour later Michelle called and said tech called in sick. She then worked diligently to get me another tech out today. One hour later Josh showed up to my door and started to fix my problem. It was extensive work where they had to dig into my concrete wall and insert a new drain for my washer (I didn't have one). It took him less than 4 hours to insert my new drain, test all the connections for proper seal and clean up after himself.Like I said before, The customer service, the professionalism from all involved, Junior, Michelle and Josh are above par. Thank you guys for such efficient, prompt and professional service.

Amazing service! First day in my new house, had my furnace inspected - it's leaking carbon monoxide! These guys found the problem, installed the new system very quickly, and were incredibly helpful, working with my schedule and even working with me on the price! Thorough though arrived late which made me have to reschedule the rest of my appointments for the day.

I had a backup in my basement the evening of the Ohio State-Michigan game. I tried calling several companies and not many answered. I reached Rooterman of Columbus and they were on another call and said they could come by late that evening or first thing next morning. As the flow of backup had slowed I told then the next morning would be fine. They showed up on time, fixed the issue, and were very reasonable considering it was a weekend service call. They were respectful of my home and even put on little booties to make sure nothing was tracked int the house. I highly recommend these guys!
