We were getting water in our basement and got some crazy quotes and crazy solutions.Someone recommended I call Best Plumbing. The owner spent half an hour or more on the phone with me, had me take pictures and and talked me through things. He was able to figure out it was our sump pump and
which model we needed. He did all of this on the phone with me with no committment on my end. The price was very reasonable also. We are very grateful and impressed with their service!

Shoe came out to diagnose a faulty water heater. He was a pleasure to have in our home, diagnosed the problem quickly, and provided reasonable options for resolution. We decided to replace the water heater since it was pretty old and he was able to get a new tankless unit installed the next day. Expectations for cost, timing, and placement of the water heater were all communicated very clearly up front and there were no surprises when the work was done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Nate arriived and replaced a fireplace gas valve an installed a new gas line for a gas range. He compledted the work in much less time than anticipated. CLIENT BEWARE! Crooks work here. They are attempting to double bill me even after I paid them for the work plus additional service fee! I am filing a lawsuit to make myself whole. Only use them if you have lawyers on the ready.
