Excellent customer service from Jordan Hamlin. He talked us through trouble shooting our furnace issue - at 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. When the trouble shooting didn’t work, he came to our home and fixed the problem. Very personable and efficient. Even at the late hour, he stayed to make sure our furniture was operational. I have used Enervise for many years now as our main HVAC go to. They are quick to respond, very knowledgeable about all the different types of heating and cooling units we have. All the technicians are very cordial and have no trouble telling you about the problem they are there for. When calling for repair to be made the person that you talk to on the phone is very nice and concerned to try to get your problem taken care of as fast as possible. If you’re looking for a good HVAC company to take care of your equipment , this is the place to go to.

Called for a furnace replacement and repair estimate. Got the call with some rough numbers for the replacement, but never received an actual quote. Repair appointment was cancelled twice, including once without my knowledge, so I wasted my time waiting around. Was told I'd receive a phone call to explain the situation but that never came either. Not worth the headache to keep trying to get a straight answer from someone, so I just went elsewhere.

We used Miguel and his crew for multiple rooms in our house. He has two more rooms to complete and can't wait to plan those. They do great work. I love each project.

Best thing I ever did !!! Super nice, super quick !!! Replaced my water heater and didn't charge me for any nonsense. 460 $$ for replacing my water heater I highly recommend this company. Please use them if you need decent work and a good straight forward price. :) will definitely be remembering them next time anything goes wrong.

Do not waste your time with this company unless you want to be stood up! And the promise to reschedule weren't kept either. Horrible customer service. Happy to have found a more professional company to hire.
