He was friendly and professional, exactly as every other Parkey’s representative I have had the pleasure of meeting for services I needed. I contacted Comfort by Design to add ductwork above my microwave to vent outside, add a gas line for a range, and a water line for a pot filler. The guys knew I had just gone through not 1 but 2 other contractors that really did a terrible job on a VERY simple project, that directly impacted the work Comfort by Design needed to complete. I explained that I was feeling apprehensive about having any additional work done because of my prior experiences. Their team assured me they could fix the damage that was done and complete their own work as well…..I just needed to trust them. I put my faith in Kevin, Joe, and the rest of their team and they made it happen! I am so overjoyed with the work they did, that I keep looking around my house to see what else they can come and fix! This is a fantastic company. From the office staff to the technicians, very professional, affordable, and the quality of their work is AWSOME! They answered every single question I had no matter how ridiculous. They made me laugh and they put me at ease as they drilled holes all over my house!  I really thank them for being so understanding and helpful! I will be calling them for any additional work I need done!

Adrian did an awesome job installing our AC unit. He was very professional and the quality of his work was excellent. The electrical work was also amazing quality. Both hvac technicians and the electrical technician deserve a pay rise! Again amazing work! What a great company. 👍

My folks thought their thermostat or furnace wasn't working properly because temp wasn't rising as high as they wanted (they keep it pretty high!). Justin came out and was able to see that both thermostat and furnace were actually operating properly. It was just a matter of extreme cold outside previous night, reducing the max temp inside. He offered an audit service in future to see what else they can do help during extreme cold, and also took steps to make sure it wasn't a thermostat schedule-running type of issue. I really want to thank Justin and give him and Home Heating Service big props for their professionalism, service, and honesty. I know some others might have taken advantage and perform unneeded work. You guys have got a golden reputation with us and will be using and referring your services in the future!!
