My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

We had previously used Mr Rooter and been happy, so we used them for our water heater. Unfortunately they have been purchased by a larger company, Neighborly, and that caused long delays in the completion of the work. Communication was terrible vis a new centralized call center, I never received promised calls back from various “managers”. Issue included a gas leak on the first day after, then a two week delay for them to replace the controller. S eventually everything was taken care of but it was all very frustrating.

Green Plumbing was great. Jeff came out and was on time. We had a leaking faucet and within a few minutes he was able to determine that the faucet was damaged and need to be replaced. Jeff ordered the new faucet for us and within a few days was back to install it as promised. Great Quality Work at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

For the managers - Kevin H (tech # 5519) and Ryan were very professional, courteous, and discussed different options. Kevin came up with a simple and inexpensive solution to cap off the broken pipe in order for us to get the house main line turned back on. We can tackle the break later when it is warmer. You have two very great employees.

Great personal. How ever the gentleman that came out could help. He did not have a macanical license to work on generators.
