We had a clog in our main line and called around to all these great companies who are all over the TV and newspapers....they wanted about $200 to show up and about another $200-$300 for the repairs. I called Mr. Rooter and was able to get them to come out immediatly at no additional charge and they quoted me the cost upon arrival again. Larry was my plumber and let me say that he was great. He cleared our main, used a camera to show me what was the problem (tree roots), and then checked my houses water pressure for me (just a courtesy since my water heater was leaking). The total bill was only $273 and by the way....IT WAS EASTER SUNDAY! Thank you Mr. Rooter and Larry...I will only call you for business now!

I called late one afternoon when my water heater went down. They were my 6th call because I just went down the list on line. Got got me taken care of the next day. Everyone else quoted me a time late the following week. They took care to be neat and clean. They were professional. And didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I will be using them again.

Richard was one of the best and professional person we have met. He fixed our water heater and he was an amazing person. He did it in a good time and he was pleaseant to have. He needs a raise or recognition for all of his hard work. He fixed our proplem so we can have water for tonight!
