Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Really cares that customer is happy with job. Thank you GSES!

Quick response from Dwayne, quick service rooting my line to the city service and ran the camera to review the cleanout once completed. Would recommend for any future service needs to all. Assisted with providing a compression drain cover when my old one wouldn't hold out the drain water. Great price paid. E.

On 1/28/16 Josh and Richelle provided 2 hours of plumbing services to include checking toilet for leak and installing a new wax ring, installing a new garbage disposal, installing a new shower head and cleaning aerators on several faucets. I was extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. I feel they went above and beyond and gave me information regarding the hot water heater, etc. I would highly recommend them and intend to use them again in the near future.

Mark was really great. I had a punctured sprinkler pipe leaking into my house. He came over at 11pm to fix it. No one else would have done that at that time. I highly recommend Mark for any plumbing issues you have!

After fighting with my hot water heater's manufacturer provided contractor to get the heater fixed for THREE WEEKS I called roto rooter, and they had someone at my house within an hour. I got a replacement part installed no problem, and finally have hot water running again. The technician, Kanji, worked quickly and kept me informed every step of the way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my service.
