Nicholas was the first to respond to review all the details. He was extremely nice and reviewed all my reported issues. He called in Sean to review the Water Heater issue which showed the problem with the water pressure valve. Sean was very nice and stated that if the valve is replaced, we should see that the other items may be resolved. Sean explained the information about the valve and then fixed it very quickly. Although it was pretty expensive (this part is typically very expensive in general), I felt this was the best course of action to prevent further damage. Sean also followed up with me the next day to be sure that everything was working okay and thanking me for being a customer. I will definitely will use Affordable Plumbing again for my future plumbing needs.

Ismael and Dustin did a fantastic job! Ismael referred me to their business and I called today, and they showed up quickly! My three year old had flushed a toy down the toilet and these guys only took about half an hour to get it out( including having to take the whole toilet off and getting it back on). We had an issue with our water heater which they had installed. Samuel Hazelet was the HVAC expert that was sent out to us. He came unexpectedly quickly and took care of what turned out to be a quickly rectified issue in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner. He even checked with his master plumber to make sure he had not missed anything. We were very impressed with Sam as we are with his company. We will certainly be calling upon them in the future if we have any HVAC needs. Top shelf company and top shelf personnel.

A Service call was placed for a plugged bar drain... Plumber arrived and showed where the drain problem was. Went to work vehicle and came back with small snake to clear problem.. was here for 5 minutes and stated drain was clear. Next day we had to call another company and was told problem was deeper than expected and ran water for longer than two minutes... Not a happy customer when you have to pay two separate plumbing companies to fix one problem.
