Our furnace stopped working this morning, there was a leaking also, and we had an appointment scheduled by coincidence with One Source for winter checking, so we asked them to come asap. The crew told my husband that everything was wrong with our furnace from installation on, but we never heard anything about it on past maintenances. They told us that because of the installation defect, the furnace was damage to a point where we needed a new one ($7k+ at least). Alternatively, we could consider reinstall it for $2.5k or change its engine for $5k. We did not feel comfortable with the diagnosis and looked for some direct recommendations of other companies. The leaking problem got worse, and we called another team. The new company immediately gave us peace of mind, told us that it was caused only by duct clog, cleaned it all, changed a single pipe that bursted out by the clog, and called the day giving us a $200 bill (and only because it was after hours, it would be way cheaper at normal workshift). When asked about the installation, it was perfectly installed (the staff had expertise with installation by the way...). We received a one year warranty on the service and felt the responsibility to advise others to look for second evaluations on cases of extreme billing.

Service was great, but I feel pricing was high. If it’s not an emergency and you have the time I suggest to get more quotes.Thanks for the feedback. This was not a complaint only a suggestion based on my own pricing of the parts and the techs time spent on the project.

Quality work & products. Every employee including the owner played a part in my project of replacing two furnaces and installing AC. Sam & Dave did a great job and provided leadership to the team.

Nathan did a fantastic job fixing all my plumbing issues. He replaced the main gate valve for incoming water on my town home, the leaking outgoing gate valve going out onto my patio spigot connection, and replaced a home installation connection I had done myself that was in danger of failing with a professional solution that I can be certain will not leak - all of this in one trip!
Nathan brought everything needed to do the work for each job with him. He made sure to take not make any messes or be in my way with his equipment while I worked from home. He also was very considerate by wearing a mask throughout the job. I will definitely call Priority Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.
