I have been with one source since 2016. Once I first got them in 2016 they did a good job on sealing my duct work and they did a good job in 2018 when they replace my hot water heater. From 2016-2018 they did a fantastic job on maintaining all my equipment.In 2019 when they came out to inspect my furnace they stated everything was good but I had to call them back because my furnace was not working after it was maintained. In summer of 2019 they came out to do maintenance on my A/C unit and again after that my A/C froze up and again I had to recall them to get my A/C working again. After that I made a request to have a certain technician to come out to do my maintenance.My wife scheduled the maintenance to be done in Aug 2020. The day of the appointment they were going to send out a different technician so we had it rescheduled for Sept 2020. Again without notice they did the same thing by not honoring my request of sending out a specific technician that I requested. I have recently canceled out all services with this company because their customer service department does not honor requests.

Ray is wonderful. Best experience I've ever had with a plumber. He was professional, kind, and very mindful of my home and my time. I would highly recommend over any other plumbing and heating company in town.

Had a great experience with Oak View Mechanical. Installed an A/C condenser quickly and passed inspection without incident. Had a few other quotes from HVAC companies for the same install, and Oak View was able to give us a bigger unit at a much better price! I will not hesitate to use them for future HVAC needs!

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

I woke up to 56 degrees in my house. My furnace went out during the night. They came promptly and replaced ignitor and all was good. Heat again yay! I called CMS because I wanted to support a business owned by a military veteran. God bless to all that fight for our freedom. God bless the USA!
