My house was for sale, and another plumber looked at the sewer line and recommended a full replacement. I was shocked to hear this news, since I owned the property for more than ten years and did not have a problem. Affordable Rooter was extremely helpful. They came out to the house and cleaned the line, after which they did a video scope. They did not recommend a replacement, and I learned that suggesting replacement without cleaning a line first is actually a way that other companies can get customers to spend money unnecessarily.
