Jeff and John were on time, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had two quotes at the end of the meeting to review with no sales pressure! Very likely we will accept one of the proposals due to professionalism and knowledge shown by Jeff and John at Affordable. If we proceed with our upgrade, I will update review after project complete.

We asked Comfort by Design to give us an estimate on replacing a 17-year-old, 2 zone HVAC system consisting of 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners. Scott was extremely thorough in laying out all the options, explaining furnace and air conditioner efficiencies, and the pros and cons of various equipment configurations. He obviously cares about his customers and configuring the best system for their needs and budget.
Installation took several days in hot, dirty conditions in the attic, basement, and outside. The installation team of Jeremy, Mike, and Jessie did a fantastic job. It wasn’t a simple installation, and they did their best to keep disruptions to a minimum. When finished, Jeremy performed a complete walk-through, explaining the final steps needed for some electrical work and the inspection.
Overall, we are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Comfort by Design.

This is my first and last time using this company for anything. Their communication skills are absolutely poor, got charged a emergency fee, despite never saying that it was a urgent issue. I was also promised multiple times to have a follow-up call that never came and everytime I called them they said the same thing, that the technician is finishing up a call and he'll call you back shortly. I regret choosing this company for my hvac needs and advise you to avoid this company at all costs.

The repairman (Austin M.)took the time he needed to find the problem (the sump pump not working) and made sure that we understood why and what the cost would be to correct the problem prior to doing any work. He answered all our questions and took the time to make sure we understood. Great Work Austin & Affordable P&H. By the way the price was very reasonable also.
