We had them come out to service our fireplace they came out spent entire 10 minutes, charge us almost $100 and that was only for the estimate. They said they would email it to us within 3 to 5 days it's now been 3 months. We have never received the estimate. I have called the company 4 different times to get the estimate. Every time I called they tell me they will look into it and they would get back to me and they never do. I'm going to cancel my credit card since I have never received the estimate. And I would never recommend them to anybody!!!

The crew showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond what we expected. We did not have drain stops included in the sink faucets that we purchased. They checked around and located what we needed and went and picked them up for us. They did first class work.

I have used this company twice and both times they were very professional and extremely friendly. The second time I had a lot of issues on my end but the Office ( Venus ) worked with me and showed a lot of patience and understanding for my situation. Unlike other places I have tried before I felt like a priority to them. Hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon but if I do they have my buisness
