I had a pretty complex plumbing issue that another company wanted to charge me $2200 to fix. I got in touch with Mark for a 2nd opinion and he responded within 30 minutes. He was at my home the very same day and worked VERY hard to resolve my problem. And SUCCESS. He only charged me $500. I was so relieved and impressed with this mans integrity. He restored my faith that there are good, honest businesses still out there.

I called almost 2 weeks ago and I am STILL waiting for an estimate for a leak. I’ve called numerous times and can’t get a call back. Very disappointing…
