Leo's came out and spray-painted actual spray paint in my driveway without my permission. They refused to come and fix their mistake tried to pass me off to another vendor although that vendor is not the one who spray-painted all over my property. When I received a call back from Dave he basically tried to pass the buck and tell me his company was not liable although they are the ones that came out and committed the crime. Basically told me I should go f myself and told me to call another company. Thinking about filing a police report on them. Disappointment completely unprofessional.

This company is amazing. We returned from a vacation to find our kitchen sink was now clogged. We called them and they were able to fit us on short notice. Mark arrived at the house a little later than usual but we were grateful to have him at the house no matter the time. He took one look at our clogged drain and jumped to the repair and fixed it in record time. Acme came to my business and repaired my sewer service I had another out fit camera line and lie to me they told me that I had to dig up the entire sewer line I am so grateful for Acme and Dennis for being honest I highly recommend Acme to every one.

I had a leaking water heater, I went on line and scheduled an appointment ( a feature I absolutely love by the way!) on a Fri. A tech was here within parameters of scheduled time and had job completed within couple of hours. Yes, it had to be replaced ( it was 15yrs old) and I expected the price to be what it was. The venting to the heater had to be replaced to bring it to code and asked me if coming back on a Monday would be OK as the heater could function safely and fine, I agreed and they returned to complete the job and only then did they take payment.This is third time I've had need of their services for different jobs and I've been happy with the service. They are in my permanent file for when I need a plumber. Thank you Duwane, and 2nd tech that came out, so good to trust the work and service!
