Best Circuit Breaker Panel in Colorado Springs CO

I had a valve that was leaking and needed replaced. The valve was easy to get to and shutting off the water to the house was no problem. If I had the tools I would've done it myself. The tech was nice and communication was good but I paid 638$ to replace one valve. The tech was there less than an hour. When I got the invoice I was charged for 4 feet of pipe. No new pipe was installed. The valve cost 25$ at lowes. So labor cost was 600 for approx 1 hour? I've worked in the trades before that was not a 600$ job. I feel like I was taken to the cleaners. I was charged for bleeding the water lines for 1 hour he wasn't even there for hour and that consisted of turning on the tub to let the water run out. If you are looking for someone affordable keep looking. I couldn't believe it!

I had A/C, a new furnace, and an electrical panel moved by Smith Plumbing. Since then I have had maintenance of both systems done multiple times. Always professional and friendly technicians and they all patiently spend the time to answer all my questions. I couldn’t be happier with their entire crew and the office folks as well.

Edit: Joe did reach out to me in an attempt to correct this situation, and provided a full refund to me. It sounds like there's some confusion with the phone numbers that Oak View has ended up, and this was all a big misunderstanding.

Well, this is a scam company. Our furnace quit on Saturday and Oak View's sticker was on the machine, so we called in a panic. Dana came right out, nice guy, said it was the mother board, and - with a discount - it'll cost us $1,100 plus labor. I look twice at my paperwork, figure out our Sears warranty is still good and they are replacing the board today. It is valued at $433. Dana wanted to charge me $1,100, plus labor for a $433 part. I think Oak View owes me a refund for the diagnostic charge that I did pay, I think Oak View was taking advantage of me when it was freezing outside and I had no heat 🤔

Everyone along the way was professional and very helpful. Jason did a wonderful job! He was a hard worker that was kind and professional and explained everything that was going on. I would absolutely recommend this service to any and everyone.

He went through the furnace completely and changed the filters. Then went outside to check out the A/C unit and washed out the dust.
