My water heater needed to be replaced. I called APH late friday afternoon. Since this was not yet an emergency, they offered to have someone at my house first thing in the morning on Saturday. I was provided a 2 hour window between 8am and 10am. I was expecting someone to show up at 9:55 based on previous experience with cable companies, deliveries, and other services. To my surprise, Michael Reaves, my tech, called me at 8:05 to say he was about 10 minutes out and would see me soon.Mike came in, assessed the situation and provided me with options quickly and in a friendly manner. He explained the installation process and quoted me a very good price for everything. While he took his time to do everything properly, he was done in a very timely manner and I am quite satisfied that everything is in order. He covered everything with me, cleaned up and left. Aside from a new water heater, you can not even tell he was here. I would even say the install area is cleaner than it was before he came by.All in all, I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing & Heat. They are fast, friendly and professional. I plan to have my furnace serviced next and will definitely be calling APH again.

Edit: Joe did reach out to me in an attempt to correct this situation, and provided a full refund to me. It sounds like there's some confusion with the phone numbers that Oak View has ended up, and this was all a big misunderstanding.

Well, this is a scam company. Our furnace quit on Saturday and Oak View's sticker was on the machine, so we called in a panic. Dana came right out, nice guy, said it was the mother board, and - with a discount - it'll cost us $1,100 plus labor. I look twice at my paperwork, figure out our Sears warranty is still good and they are replacing the board today. It is valued at $433. Dana wanted to charge me $1,100, plus labor for a $433 part. I think Oak View owes me a refund for the diagnostic charge that I did pay, I think Oak View was taking advantage of me when it was freezing outside and I had no heat 🤔

Sam came out to diagnose our air conditioning. He was very friendly and personable. He explained everything and got the electrician set up quickly so we could safely move forward in the work that needed to be done.

I can’t thank Green Plumbing enough for the great service provided by Jason. We are doing some remodeling and required a gas line to be run for a new cook top. Jason came out when promised, did a great job that met our requirements and also looked neat and clean. The inspector passed it without hesitation.

The following day, a Friday, I was preparing to go to the store to get a fitting to connect the gas line to the cook top. I called Jason to ask what the size was of the line he had connected. Jason told me not to bother going to the store but said he had something in his truck that would do the trick. We were out that evening but when we returned, Jason had left two fittings on our porch to make sure we would have exactly what we needed. Indeed, one of the fittings fit the bill perfectly and we were up and running with a new gas cook top the next day.

It is great to work with a company who takes customer service so seriously. I have used your company three times now, both for my business and my home. I will use and recommend Green Plumbing at every opportunity.

Flow Right first impressed me because they answered their phone right away. Ralph came out promptly and performed the work, explaining what he did. My esteem for him took a blow when I realized that he cut the gas to my furnace and didn’t realize it, so I had no heat on a cold night. However, my esteem for Flow Right went way up when Joe drove all the way from Pueblo on bad roads to relight my furnace I will definitely call them in the future.

I was charged 1.5 hours for 50 minutes of work. Charged 25 dollars for a used or spare handle the guy had in the back of his van. The guy was pissed at me because I had him out to replace handles on a shower. I told the guy the buyer of the house asked for a licensed plumber to do it. Still I got lots of attitude and general unprofessionalness. There are way to many plumbers in this town to deal with thieves. Go to someone else and roll the dice on them. If you deal with these people you WILL get robbed.
