Alphalete was a pleasure to work with. Had to have the hot water heater replaced in my mother's apartment. It has a smaller access to the crawlspace which caused some issues, but they were still quick to get a special order water heater in.

The biggest compliment I can give, was that the plumber Thomas, was phenomenal with mother. They were communicative on the issues, gave several choices for working around them, and got the work done as quickly and painless as they could. They've earned our repeat business.

I have hired this company for work at 5 or 6 houses and they have been great! They have been fair in their pricing and punctual with their sceduling. They actually put a new furnace in one of my houses and I really expected them to turn down the job because of the difficulty of the project. These guys are locally owned and very honest. Timothy Morales installed a new boiler. Our 30-yr old one really needed replaced, and I considered this an emergency to have a working heating system for the house. It was installed as quick as possible, and Tim patiently made sure I understood what to do and not do with the system (basically shouldn't have to do anything but check it once in a while)... nice work Tim!

A service tech came to do the annual heating system checking and cleaning. He did an excellent job and took the time to explain everything he did and address any concerns. He also answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. He was very friendly and went above my expectations.
