Was in the hospital and nursing home for two months doing rehab for a broken back. Needed to up date our master bath toilet to comfort height and investigate a continual clog that had been occurring.. Orlando from the Avon office came out And found that apparently when the house was built the contractors who put in the ceramic tile poured the excess grout down the drain and blocked 2/3 of the drain. This was uncovered through a camera and then cutting out the grout. Problem solved! I had plumbers on two different occasions out for the same thing nothing was fixed. Orlando came in put on foot covers and proceeded with the job. Everything neat, orderly and clean. Which was not the case with the other company. Outstanding Job. Had another toilet installed today 10/22

Tried to take advantage of a woman alone in her house who didn't know anything about plumbing with a $20,000 quote. The next plumber that showed up quoted the job at $1,500. Thats a difference of $18,500 for just one job. Try the next plumber like we did.

Dano Plumbing replaced our water heater two years ago. Today, during sub zero temperatures and thus a very busy day, Joe, was very patient and helpful on the phone to help diagnose the problem with our water heater before sending out a service technician. Mike and Dawn are what i call real plumber's. We moved into home and had bad hot water presure. They explain things so well i end up learning about how a entire system works. There work is fantastic and clean and for a great rate. We will be using These fine plumbers for all plumbing related projects.
