Jason and his team are the real deal. There new technology for trenchless repair kept our beautiful new floors from having to be dug up. I will definitely be spreading the word to all my neighbors about this fantastic knowledgeable company. Keep up the fantastic work.

On a rainy Friday night we noticed that our sump pump was not working (and raw sewage water was backing up into our basement). Harrison was over in 26 minutes and diagnosed the problem / came back Saturday morning to correct the issue. When life throws curve balls (in this case our children sneaking Capri Suns and flushing them down the toilet) there is no price tag to put on timely service. Highly recommend!! - David T.

The experience was subpar. While the gentleman who came to our house was plenty nice, they are for sure a rip off. The charged us a $90 diagnostic fee, after the person that scheduled our appointment stated there wouldn’t be a fee for diagnostics. And this was the second visit because the first person that came out couldn’t find the issue. There was also not fee charged on the first visit. I called and spoke to a supervisor and he didn’t offer any explanation other than “if we do the work we will apply it toward that.” I didn’t think that was acceptable based on what we’re we told and I told them that. The quote they gave us was for $250-$650 plus parts. I thought this was absurd based on the issue the gentleman said we were having. So I called another plumber to get a second opinion. The second opinion came up with the same issue, however he was able to find the issue without me telling him what the first guy said in less than 10 minutes. While it took TWO people from roto rooter over 2 trips more than an hour and a half to find the same issue. So I obviously had more faith in this service and asked him how much he wanted to do the repair. And he wanted less than $100 parts, labor and diagnostics. I wouldn’t recommend roto rooter for any plumbing work.

Jason did a great job, great service standards, will definitely use Neptune Plumbing for all our plumbing services. Service staff was very helpful and understanding. Was able to help us out right away and no time was wasted to get the work done and provide us was great information and recommendations. Will recommend them to all we know for any plumbing services.

Larry was very up front and honest, which we especially appreciated because it was an emergency call and he came out at 11 pm. He gave the prices up front, showing us the pricing sheet. We had as good of an experience as you can have when you have to call a plumber at 11 at night

I was really impressed by the high quality work. He left the area so clean afterwards that you couldn't tell he was there in the first place. Thanks for the great work!
